Returns & Refunds Overview

BLL Peptides offers a 30-day return and refund policy for customers unsatisfied with purchases. The policy applies to unused products only.

Eligibility Requirements

Products must meet these criteria:

  • Unused and unopened condition
  • In original packaging
  • Return requested within 30 days of delivery

Return Process

Initiating Returns: Contact danny@bllpeptides.com to start the return. You’ll receive shipping instructions for returning items.

Refund Timeline: Once items arrive and are inspected, refunds process to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping Costs

Customers typically pay return shipping unless the return results from company error.

Damage & Missing Items

Contact danny@bllpeptides.com immediately if your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items. BLL Peptides will issue a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested by email before the order has shipped. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t available, though customers may pursue returns per policy.
